Leadership development should change what happens after the training ends.

I create practical, facilitated learning experiences that help leaders strengthen how they think, make decisions, develop others, and steward the capacity required to lead well.

Leadership development has to go beyond information.

Leaders rarely need more information simply for the sake of knowing more.

They need opportunities to:

  • Examine how they are currently leading

  • Challenge assumptions that may no longer serve them

  • Practice new ways of responding

  • Translate insight into action

That’s how I approach leadership development.

My sessions combine relevant leadership concepts with reflection, conversation, practical application, and facilitated experiences that invite leaders to engage with the material, not simply listen to it.

The goal isn’t to leave with better notes.

It’s to leave better equipped to lead.

SIGNATURE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

The Teamwork Tune-Up™

A facilitated leadership and team experience designed to uncover what’s getting in the way of effective performance—and address it together.

Teams don’t become more effective simply because everyone works harder.

The Teamwork Tune-Up™ creates structured space for leaders and teams to step outside the demands of day-to-day work, examine how they’re operating together, identify patterns that are limiting effectiveness, and make intentional decisions about what needs to change.

Depending on the needs of the organization, the experience can explore areas such as communication, role clarity, trust, accountability, decision-making, workload, team capacity, and shared expectations.

Participants leave with greater clarity about what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what they will do differently moving forward.

Available as a half-day, full-day, or customized facilitated experience.

This isn’t sit-and-get training.

My role as a facilitator isn’t simply to tell leaders what I think.

I ask questions. I create space for honest conversation. I challenge assumptions. I help participants connect leadership concepts to the realities they’re navigating every day.

And when the conversation uncovers something more important than what’s on the next slide, I’m willing to stay with it.

That’s because meaningful development doesn’t happen when people simply consume information. It happens when they recognize themselves in the conversation, examine what’s actually happening, and decide what they’re willing to do differently.

Expect thoughtful conversation, practical tools, real application—and participation.

The goal is development that shows up in how people lead.

Depending on the focus of the experience, leaders and teams may leave better equipped to:

  • Make more intentional decisions
Recognize competing demands, assumptions, capacity tradeoffs, and priorities before defaulting to urgency.

  • Lead themselves with greater awareness
Understand the patterns, behaviors, boundaries, and responses that influence their effectiveness.

  • Navigate difficult conversations more effectively

Address expectations, performance, conflict, and misalignment with greater clarity and confidence.

  • Develop greater ownership across the team
Delegate more intentionally, clarify responsibility, strengthen accountability, and create space for others to grow.

  • Work together with greater alignment
Surface assumptions, clarify shared expectations, strengthen communication, and make better decisions together.

  • Protect and steward leadership capacity
Recognize when short-term responsiveness is becoming an unsustainable way of operating and make more intentional choices about priorities, resources, responsibility, and recovery.

The measure of a meaningful leadership development experience isn’t what participants understood in the room. It’s what they’re better equipped to do when they return to the work.

Let’s design the right leadership experience for your organization.
